To enable us to support our clients needs, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency, we recently implemented AccuEfulAccuEful. A state of the art Warehouse Management System (WMS) developed by Transformations Inc. and customized for Express 1.

The WMS software utilizes Barcode and RF technology to receive and control inventory transactions. Products received into our facility are either pre barcoded or we apply a barcode tag upon receipt. Items are tracked by the WMS from that point forward. All inventory transactions utilize barcode technology virtually eliminating inventory errors.

Our use of handheld devices in our distribution center provides you with up to the second accuracy of your inventory. The Warehouse Management System is used in receiving, storing, picking and shipping your inventoried product. This warehouse management solution gives you the power to track every unit down to the lowest level of detail— lot number, serial number, manufacture date, and receipt date.

ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Orders can be sent to our order management system from a variety of sources; allowing us to receive and process orders in almost any format. Let us know if you need help to build your own web based shopping cart.

After receipt of orders, the orders are address cleansed to ensure correct addressing and then sent to the WMS systems RF network for picking. All orders are scanned, ensuring that product code and quantity are matched to the order, virtually eliminating picking errors.
